All the important PlayStation news you missed in a TLDR format every morning at 7am EST.

Trophy hunters should have an easier time this July with the next installation of Wolfenstein. Youngblood will not include the infamous “Mein Leben” difficulty from Wolfenstein II meaning you will not have to beat the game in one sitting without dying on the hardest difficulty, for a trophy at least. Youngblood will also play out much different than previous titles. The overall campaign is shorter but players can pick and choose when to complete various missions meaning your total playtime will be much longer due to the non-linear format.

Hopefully you were not expecting to begin your pirate career anytime soon. Ubisoft’s Skull & Bones has been delayed once again. Originally slated for Fall 2018, the game was delayed to sometime in 2019 only to be delayed once more until 2020. Additionally, we will not see anything at E3 this year. This may be a good thing though as it may allow the anticipation to die down a bit and lessen any possible disappointment if the game does not turn out as great as some hope.

Congratulations are in order for PlatinumGames’ NieR: Automata. The game has now sold 4 million copies. What makes this even more impressive was that sales numbers were around 3.5 million just in December. These numbers include digital and physical sales. Perhaps a sequel is in the works very soon??
